Since 1969, the Center for Academic Assistance and Training (CAAT) has been an integral part of The Office of Educational Opportunity Programs and Ethnic Affairs (EOP). CAAT's major purpose is to support EOP students' ability to persist and succeed at San Diego State University.

The EOP/CAAT Tutoring Center is beginning a new set of workshops.

CAAT Workshop Information

 

 

New CAAT Hours:

  • The Center is open Monday thru Thursday 8am to 430pm
  • Tutoring is available between 9am to 4pm Monday thru Thursday
  • The Center due to budget cuts is closed on Fridays

 

Walk-In and Appointment Based Tutoring:

  • Individual Tutoring (one-on-one, appointments only)
  • Group Tutoring (three or more students, appointments only)
  • Mathematics Labs (walk-ins only)
  • Writing Labs (walk-ins only)
  • Spanish Labs (walk-ins only)

 

 

To receive tutoring services, please visit the EOP CAAT office in Student Services (SSE2209).

  1. Sign a new Student Contract every semester.
  2. Receive your Username and Password.
  3. Log on to TutorTrac to make your appointment
    • For appointments – 48 hours in advance
    • For cancellations – 24 hours in advance
